Irvan Irawan Jie, an MBA Graduate from University of Central Oklahoma with more than 9 years experience in modern retail, 4 years in marketing research, 3 years in industrial manufacturing and 6 years in people development.He is also a Certfiying Neuro-Semantics Trainer, Certified Meta-Coach and Certified Group and Team Meta-Coach both from International Society of Neuro-Semantics and Meta-Coach Foundation (USA). Currently he is also the president of Indonesia Regional Meta-Coach Foundation.
